Polish Canadian Veterans Monument
On behalf of the Polish Canadian Cultural Club of Regina (PCCC), we are proud to announce a major commemorative initiative honouring Polish Veterans and Polish individuals displaced by the First and Second World Wars. These men and women endured profound hardship and played a vital role in preserving and enriching Polish culture in Saskatchewan.
To recognize their legacy, the PCCC is establishing a permanent Polish Canadian Veterans Monument at Riverside Memorial Cemetery in Regina — the first monument of its kind in Saskatchewan dedicated to Polish Veterans and displaced Poles.
We are seeking the support of community members, organizations, and partners who wish to help honour these remarkable individuals. Every contribution makes a difference. Donations of $100 or more will be acknowledged on a permanent display at St. Anthony’s Parish Hall. Contributions of $250 or more provide an opportunity to submit the name of a Polish Veteran or Polish person displaced by war to be engraved on a stainless steel panel as part of the memorial.
We invite you to review the attached PDFs for complete project details, submission guidelines, plaque wording, naming examples, and a conceptual rendering of the monument. These documents outline how you can participate, sponsor, or contribute to this important legacy project.
Your support will help ensure this memorial is completed with the dignity and respect these individuals deserve, preserving their stories for future generations.
